My name is Ajia Harris. I’m a childcare professional, wife and mother. I have over fifteen years of professional and volunteer experience working with children of all ages. I started as a part-time teacher’s assistant and in my free time I would volunteer in church nurseries and organize youth events. I took college courses, did other jobs, became a mother and knew I wanted to get back in childcare and start a career. 2012-present I have been consistently working in centers and getting my education. I love training in this field its very refreshing and helpful as a teacher and mother. I received my certificate of mastery in child development in 2014 from Redlands Community College. I’m certified to perform C.P.R and first aid. In 2016 I had a strong desire to work at a home daycare. I was interested in starting off with a small group of children and being able to work more closely with families. I’m excited to go on this journey with Drena’s Daycare. We are in a perfect position to grow. We are committed to providing an eductional,fun, clean and safe environment where children can express themselves and be unique. We look forward to working with new families.
